Robert Gerard Horn appeals from his conviction for possessing child pornography under 18 U.S.C. 脗§ 2252(a)(4)(B). He maintains that the trial court incorrectly denied his motion to suppress evidence and that there was insufficient evidence to convict him. He also argues that the trial court erred in applying the sentencing guideline for trafficking in or distributing child pornography, see U.S.S.G. 脗§ 2G2.2, rather than the one for possessing child pornography, see 脗§ 2G2.4, and that he should not have received a five-level sentencing enhancement under 脗§ 2G2.2(b)(4). We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
